what are the four noble truths?

Answer: In Buddhism, there are four "noble truths". They are:

1. The Nature of Dukkha (life means suffering)
2. The Origin of Dukkha (the origin of suffering is attachment)
3. The Cessation of Dukkha (the cessation of suffering is attainable)
4. The Way Leading to the Cessation of Dukkha (the path to the cessation of suffering).
